2. No Investigator–Client Relationship

The site provides general information about Magic City Investigations and our services. Using the site, submitting a form, or contacting us does not create an investigator–client or other professional relationship. A professional engagement begins only when the client and we sign a written agreement. Information on the site is general and is not legal advice.

3. Permitted Use and Lawful Purpose

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and you represent that any request you make for our services is for a legitimate and lawful purpose. This Privacy Policy explains how Magic City Investigations, LLC (“Magic City Investigations,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, protects, and discloses information when you visit our website, use our online client portal, or contact us (together, the “Site” and “Services”). Scope. This policy describes the information we collect about website visitors and clients through the site and services. It does not govern the investigative information we collect and handle while providing professional investigative services under a separate engagement agreement, which is subject to that agreement, applicable law, and our professional confidentiality obligations.
